Our Overall Service
Call Representative
When the crew did not show up on the appointed second day I was not informed as why. I had to call the scheduler, no response. Called office, delayed response. The salesman called to see how things were going. I explained my problem. The first day foreman called, pulled away on another job. It was not his responsibility to follow up. Finally, the office called and rescheduled to five days later. Later that day informed crew will come the next day.
Sales Process
Jessie was very professional and relational. He showed genuine care regarding the death of my wife. He also called to find how work was progressing only to discover the crew did not show. He called the office on my behalf to get someone to respond.
