• Water Guard System

  

  • Cycle and water test sump pump operations.
  • Clean sump system liner of sediment and silt.
  • Change the batteries in WaterWatch alarm.
  • Flush and flood test WaterGuard^® system as necessary
  • Evaluate discharge line and potential for freezing.

• Helical & Push Piers

  

  • Elevation survey of the foundation, main beams and point loads.
  • Inspect any cracks in the foundation.
  • Evaluate any cracking, sticking doors/windows and sagging floors.

• SMARTJACKS™

  

  • Check the level of above floor.
  • Inspect supplemental beam(s) and main beam(s).
  • Inspect foundation walls. Check relative humidity
  • Check Connection from SmartJacks to beams.
  • Adjust jacks as necessary.

  • Change the filters.
  • Clean the heat exchange core.
  • Verify Discharge.
  • Change compressor fuse.
  • Adjust controls, as necessary.
  • Inspect Connections.
  • Check for error codes and knob settings.

  • Check pump operation-float switch, intake, check valve, impeller.
  • Clean sump liner and sump stand.

  • Check battery initial voltage, inspect WaterWatch Alarm
  • Replace battery.
  • Inspect insulation/walls.
  • Flood test pumps. Check Lawnscape.
  • Yard Inspection (gutters, downspouts, etc...)
  • Check relative humidity.

• Geo-Lock Wall Anchor & Powerbrace System

  

  • Retighten all anchors.
  • Evaluate wall anchor plates.
  • Benchmark the position of wall at each anchor location.
  • Remove excess anchor rod.
  • Perform inspection of foundation, grading, and gutters.
