Our Overall Service
The most honest, straight-forward service provided with absolute integrity. They focus only on what the customer really needs; not at all concerned about what money can be made off of the customer. Foundation Repair of CA first assessed the cracks in my building in 2014 and new cracks in 2024. Both times they completed a thorough inspection spending well over an hour measuring each room to find the cause, only to find that the issue is not the foundation.
Call Representative
Not only does an actual person answer the phone when you call, but the same person. When I called 10 years later, they remembered me, despite having never charged me a single dime for their service. That is above and beyond true customer care - I was touched that they remembered me when I called them again in 2024.
Sales Process
Chris completed the assessment of my building in January 2024. He arrived early, was neatly dressed, patiently listened to my concerns, asked appropriate questions, and was very personable and easy to talk to. His evaluation was thorough. He has extensive knowledge for which he explained the issue to me with ease. Foundation Repair of CA I'm sure is fully aware of how awesome Chris is; he is a true asset and a pleasure to deal with.
