The homeowner was dealing with uneven floors. We removed some failing jacks in the crawlspace of this home and replaced them with new SmartJack Adjustable Steel Posts. 

This homeowner wanted to do some renovations to their home, unfortunately making renovations to a home with foundation issues seemed rather controversial, so they came to us! We were happy to help.

In order to repair this homeowner's foundation, we installed a few different products. We installed a large (over 10 feet) beam for extra support and several floor joists to ensure the foundation of the home was secure and level. Our floor joists are then secured in fresh concrete, equipped with rebar for additional support.

Time to renovate!

This home, located in Oakley, was having issues with the concrete walkway of their backyard. It was sinking and the homeowner's were sick of stubbing their toes on it. 

Our Concrete Repair Division Manager, Sam Phelps, inspected the concrete and drew up a solution with a quote. The homeowner's agreed and we came to do the work shortly thereafter. An injection of PolyLevel Foam beneath the walkway brought it back to level and removed the tripping hazard. 

This homeowner, located in Alamo, came to us with concerns about his driveway sinking and being uneven. Through research, they found us and set an appointment with our appointment center.

Our Concrete Division Manager, Sam Phelps, came to evaluate their situation. The driveway had a couple tripping hazards and sinking issues spread out over the whole. By injecting our PolyLevel Foam, which lifts and stabilizes sinking concrete slabs with a high-density polyurethane formula, we were able to help the homeowner fix his driveway.
