Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

This home was experiencing uneven floors. Upon inspection, we noticed that some of the existing wooden posts were not properly connected. Wood posts pale in comparison to our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Post System. SmartJacks are essentially one-size-fits-all with their adjustability, but wood posts can't be adjusted as easily. 

For older homes, what may have been allowable in the past by the Building Code isn't acceptable or smart today. In the Before photo, you can see that the floor of this home had a wide, unsupported space. 

In the After photo, you can see our SmartJack System carrying the load and saving the floor from sagging. 

Mr. L had just moved into his new home with the knowledge that the foundation of the home was cracking. He wanted to get it fixed before the problem got worse. We removed and replaced 24 linear feet of foundation. Now Mr. L and his family can enjoy living in Martinez with the knowledge that their foundation is healthy. 

The floor of this home had sunken so bad that it was separating from the walls. With the installation of our SmartJack Steel Posts, we were able to rewind time and make the floor look as good as it did back in High School.
