The inspection report called out some crawlspace piers that were uneven, therefore causing Mrs. J's floor to be uneven. 

Our solution was to replace those failing crawlspace piers with new SmartJack Adjustable Steel Posts.

Our strutcual consultant Jonathan, quickly came to evaluate their situation. This customers home had settling issues in their crawl space, by installing cast in place smart jacks will help level and support flooring and beams.

New smart jacks were installed in our customers crawl space in Orinda, CA to support flooring and beams.

The red cylinders are sleeves that our hydraulic press uses to push the steel tubes into the Earth to reach bedrock.
