Foundation Repair of CA Before & After Photos

Our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Post System is a smart way to help your floor system. SmartJacks can either replace existing posts or be installed within close proximity to an existing post to give it some extra oomph. 

A portion of the patio needed to be removed in order to install our Push Pier system beneath the foundation. After we installed the piers, we replaced the concrete and even altered the steps leading to the sliding-glass door. 

This was a garage slab replacement done after the right side of the garage foundation was lifted. Foundation settlement was causing the garage to lean towards their neighbor's home until we repaired it. 

This concrete driveway in Concord had sunken several inches, creating a gap between the slab and the garage. We used a PolyLevel injection to lift the concrete slab several inches and make it level with the floor of the structure. 

This home in Concord, CA was experiencing settlement. It was causing cracking in the interior and exterior walls, sloping floors, and pinched doors. This job only took our crew two days to complete. We installed 8 Push Piers around the back of the home and as you can see, the grass that was in the way of our work area needed to be tampered with in order for the job to be done but, after the piers were installed and the house was stabilized, the work was covered by the original soil we had dug out.
