A foundation should not be a window. The homeowner knew that there were issues with the foundation when she bought the property. She called us out to fix the problem and we delivered.
A door that sticks is often caused by the structural system beneath your floor. Our SmartJack System is a great way to fix that.
This residence, located in San Jose, was experiencing a sagging floor. Through internet research, they found us and set an appointment with Stephanie Kaona, our Appointment Center Manager. Our Structural Consultant, Brett Cesarin, came to perform a Free Home Inspection. In his conclusion, he found that the home was settling on the Western side. He drew up a quote, which the homeowner's reviewed and quickly signed.
Our crew, lead by Foreman, Troy Knight, installed a total of 7 Push Piers that lifted and stabilized the foundation from future settlement.
Mr. and Mrs. W recently bought their home with the knowledge that the garage had foundation issues.
Due to the decorative concrete that they had on the exterior of the garage, we changed the locations of our Push Piers to the interior where the concrete would be easier to replicate. Here you see the installation of a push pier to lift and stabilize the foundation and then the end of the installation when the hole is backfilled and new concrete is poured.
This customer, located in San Jose, came to us with concerns regarding uneven floors in his fixer-upper.
Wanting to remodel the home, he needed to make sure that the foundation and the floor were stable, and as close to level as possible, otherwise any remodeling he did would be ruined if the stability of the structure was in danger of worsening.
Our Structural Consultant and Real Estate Division Manager, Fred Gonzalez, came to evaluate their situation. This home had settling issues in the living room and kitchen. By installing our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Post system with cast-in-place concrete footings within the crawl space, we were able to level and stabilize the floor of this home. Now the homeowner can continue to remodel his fixer-upper so he can complete his goal of making a profit.
