Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

This customer, located in San Mateo, our came to us with concerns regarding settling issues with his foundation. 

Our veteran Structural Consultant, Steve Mack, came to evaluate their situation. The home had settling and cracking issues in the foundation and interior walls and ceiling. There was settlement over -2 inches on the left and rear sides of the property with some lateral movement in the structure. Solving these issues would include stabilizing and lifting a portion of the foundation walls by installing our push pier system vertically into the Earth until it reaches bedrock and to add additional steel where needed to support cracks in the foundation.

Our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Posts can be cut to many lengths, tall or small. 

This home in San Leandro had foundation issues that required Smart Jacks, Poly Level - and in the case of this picture - Carbon Armor. The Carbon Armor will reinforce the concrete and seal the vertical crack that had formed on the concrete.

The homeowner was dealing with uneven floors. We removed some failing jacks in the crawlspace of this home and replaced them with new SmartJack Adjustable Steel Posts. 

This section of the foundation had deteriorated to a point where there was no coming back from. Our concrete crew removed and replaced it, giving the homeowner a brand new, strong foundation, as well as peace of mind.
