Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

The foundation wall was cracking because of some interior rebar that wasn't behaving. Our solution was to remove the Naughty rebar and replace it with stronger rebar from the Nice list. Then we sealed the area with new concrete and our Carbon Armor Patch for extra protection. 

This home, built in 1960, has been passed down from multiple generations in Mr. G's family. After noticing that portions of their floor were uneven, they wanted to make sure that the integrity of their floor would remain intact for even more generations to come. Within the crawl space, we removed all 17 wooden posts and replaced them with 17 new SmartJack Adjustable Steel Posts (pictured here). 

This customers residence is located in San Ramon, CA our customer came to us with concerns regarding uneven floors. Through quick research they found us and set an appointment with our appointment center.

Our strutcual consultant Jonathan, quickly came to evaluate their situation. This customers home had settling issues in their crawl space, by installing cast in place smart jacks will help level and support flooring and beams.

This trench drain was installed within the backyard slab of the home to divert water away from the foundation. 

This customers residence as you can see didn't have a closed crawl space. With adding a sheer wall and T brackets help with the inclosed space and movement.
