Our Structural Consultant, Brett Cesarin, came to evaluate her home. With the installment of a Super Sump Pump, equipped with a discharge line running through an existing vent and onto the backyard, she won't have to worry about water damage or flooding in her basement again. 

This section of the floor system was not giving enough support. The wood post was old and losing its integrity. Our solution was to replace the wood post with our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Post system as well as provide more support to the area with more SmartJacks.
