Just in time for Summer! The homeowner, Mrs. M wanted to make sure her pool deck was safe for the fun she and her family were planning. Living in the home since it was built in 2001, Mrs. M had noticed her pool deck was developing problems around 2019. It took 4 years for the concrete problems to get bad enough that she needed to started looking for a solution. 

She hired us after the Free Inspection and Quote given to her by our amazing Concrete Restoration Consultant, Manny Keola. 

Now Mrs. M and her family can enjoy the pool without worrying about tripping over any cracked, sunken concrete. 

This set of concrete steps was sinking away from the patio. You can see how a gap was forming between the steps and the patio. Our Concrete Repair team injected Polyurethane Foam beneath the steps to lift and stabilize it, which brought it back into a positive connection with the patio. To top it off, they inject joint sealant to the affected area.
