When this customer needed an option for keeping her crawl space dry, she reached out to Foundation Repair of CA to find out what her possibilities could be. Enter in Brett! Brett took a look at her crawl space and knew that we were the right people for the job.

Once the solution was designed, our foreman, George, entered and began the work. While he was able to place the matting down, unfortunately, the rain caused too much water to enter the crawl space and we were not able to complete the work immediately. Tyler and his team entered at a later date and completed the work. The customer's crawl space is now beautifully covered and the customer has the peace of mind that the water issues are at bay.

Are you noticing a smell or moisture in your crawlspace? Why not call us for a free estimate? We have your solution!

I have a tenant that worked as a contractor a few years ago. He has stated that the entry door to my apartment building basement has been jamming because " the foundation is leaning/moving southward due to the weight on it from the building". I would like to have a licensed professional look at the door and foundation to see if there is any truth to his comment.
Vicinity of Pacheco St in San Francisco
We will soon get into escrow, in the process of buying a house, and it has been reported that there is a crack in the foundation. I would like to evaluate the foundation of the house, so I can be confident in the buy. Note that the living room has uneven floors and I would like to understand how concerning that is.

I have a concrete driveway with rectangular 4x8 slabs separated by pressure treated 2x4. Some of the slabs are sinking, creating a tripping hazard. I'd like to lift a few to create a level driveway. I would also be interested in a quote for some foundation bolting and cripple wall shearing. Thanks.

We are starting to see very minor evidence of settling - * a crack opening in the floor between the original house and an addition * a crack where molding meets the ceiling * a crack / gap opening between some stairs and a wall It is no where as bad as the photos on this site, but I would like to talk to someone who understands what is going on to see if we can do something to prevent it from getting worse.

Vicinity of Gold Mine Drive in San Francisco
Hi there - now that the shelter in place orders are lifted for outdoor construction, I wanted to reach out to you regarding a retrofit project in my home. The house is a pier-to-post foundation on a hill in SF's Diamond Heights neighborhood. Before we bought the house a structural engineer did an inspection and wrote a report of the house that outlined potential retrofitting. We are only interested in doing the following at this time: (1) fixing the spalling on the concrete posts; (2) Fixing the rusting steel plates and bolts; (3) Adding steel jackets to the posts. I can send the report along as well. We are interested in an estimate of how much this work would cost. Thank you!
