PolyLevel® Concrete Lifting & Leveling

PolyLevel® is sometimes mistakenly referred to as slab jacking. This concrete leveling product is a two-part foam engineered to expand immediately upon injection beneath a settled slab. Injection holes are much smaller than those required for mud jacking. In action, PolyLevel® expands to many times its original volume, forcing the sunken concrete back to its original level. Within a matter of minutes, the expanded polymer hardens and reaches 90% or more of its final strength. This makes it possible for the restored surface to regain full functionality right away.

We also now offer SealantPro and NexusPro. Give your pool deck, driveway, or slab the finish it deserves with NexusPro, which will seal every crack and never bubble or dry out. Protect your concrete with SealantPro, which repels stains, damage, and ice bonding to more than triple your concretes lifespan.

  • PolyLevel® Concrete Lifting and Leveling for settled slabs.
  • NexusPro cracked concrete repair
  • SealantPro concrete sealing

Do you live in an area that's prone to earthquakes? Don't take chances with your property. At Foundation Repair of CA, we specialize in stabilizing homes and businesses throughout Northern California. Earthquake retrofitting, or seismic retrofitting, is the reinforcing of a house or building so that it is less likely to be damaged or separated from its foundation during an earthquake. With earthquake retrofitting in place, you're less likely to face significant damage when a natural disaster occurs.

If an earthquake event has already caused foundation issues we specialize in primary foundation damage repair of all types. Our expertise also includes concrete lifting and repair of slabs, driveways, pool decks, and patios.

1049 sq/ft home with concrete slab issues. Underpinning is way to expensive and not sure if slab has rebar in it or not. Built in 1949 and builder may have pulled rebar after getting sites signed off. Doing addition and wanting to fix slab before addition is started.

I have an 80 year old house with ad-on's including a second story and my foundation is cracked and sinking. I have many suggestions on ways to correct this problem that range in pricing from thousands to hundred thousands and I am just trying to find the solution that feels right to me. Haven't found it yet and I found you today on google when I searched for foundation repair instead of replacing. Thank you

Our house appears to be shifting, we have noticed a crack in our driveway is getting larger. We have also seen cracks in the interior of the house. In addition, our garage door appears to be shifting to one side, leaving an opening.

Vicinity of Blue Gum Ct. in Pleasant Hill
We have a very limited crawl space under the house and want to investigate options of deepening those paths that lead to pipes, etc in case of repair. We also have a damp smell, but only noticed this since all the rain this season. The house was built in 1967 but we have been in it for 5 years. This is not an emergency but would like to get an estimate and discuss options.
