PolyLevel® Concrete Lifting & Leveling

PolyLevel® is sometimes mistakenly referred to as slab jacking. This concrete leveling product is a two-part foam engineered to expand immediately upon injection beneath a settled slab. Injection holes are much smaller than those required for mud jacking. In action, PolyLevel® expands to many times its original volume, forcing the sunken concrete back to its original level. Within a matter of minutes, the expanded polymer hardens and reaches 90% or more of its final strength. This makes it possible for the restored surface to regain full functionality right away.

Foundation Repair of CA also offers SealantPro and NexusPro for seamless concrete. SealantPro bonds with the concrete on the molecular level and will increase your concretes life by 3 to 5 times. NexusPro gives your driveway, pool deck, or slab the finished, complete look you want by repairing all the cracks with a formula that will never bubble or crack.

Seismic & Earthquake Retrofitting, Reinforcement & Repair in Martinez

Do you live in an area that's prone to earthquakes? Don't take chances with your property. At Foundation Repair of CA, we specialize in stabilizing homes and businesses throughout Northern California. Earthquake retrofitting, or seismic retrofitting, is the reinforcing of a house or building so that it is less likely to be damaged or separated from its foundation during an earthquake. With earthquake retrofitting in place, you're less likely to face significant damage when a natural disaster occurs.

If an earthquake event has already caused foundation issues we specialize in primary foundation damage repair of all types. Our expertise also includes concrete lifting and repair of slabs, driveways and sidewalks.

First I would like an estimate to have my sidewalk leveled. Also I have a pillar at the corner of my house that is cracked at the base.
Dineen St in Martinez
The house is 102 years old and I believe the foundation was redone in the 1940's. The floors are Unlevel and there are some cracks in the concrete perimeter. Also the patio is cracked and needs leveling as well as some issues with the walls of the detached garage. I would like to get an estimate to determine the scope and cost of the work. Thanks.
Christie Drive in Martinez
We have a patio area about 15 ft x 30 ft. consisting of concrete squares about 6ft x 6ft. Some of them settled over time causing an uneven surface. We need an assessment of how to fix, and an estimate for the work.
Richardson Street in Martinez
Slab jack project for garage floor needed approx 400 sq ft to be done in 2 phases I.e. Half of floor in each phase with interior furniture shifting to accommodate work. Is this possible? What tinting or top coat options are there for finished look to garage domicile?

LaSalle St in Martinez
My house was built in 1945 and is on clay soil. The foundation wall along one side of the house is tilted. There is a support beam in the middle of the house that rises and lowers the floor depending on the amount of water that flows under the house to make the soil contract. I am looking to get a quote for both items but do want to immediately fix the beam issue since it is affecting the installed heater right by the beam.
Bush St in Martinez
Our home is on a raised foundation and has encountered some settling on one side due to flooding underneath the house. We have fixed the water intrusion issue, by putting in a French drain and would now like to level the house out with the foundation fix. We look forward to hearing from you!
Scenic Ave in Martinez
When we purchased the home in 2014 inspections determined that there was sloping and that some piers had leaned, but the structural engineer we hired said there was no evidence of recent movement and that the home was safe. It had the sloping for many years and the prior owner had leveled the kitchen, and we have since leveled the upstairs bathroom and one bedroom. I have noticed several tears in the paint and separation of caulking in and around the front dining room window and some very small gaps in floorboards that I can not be certain were not there when we bought the home, and I would like to determine if I am seeing prior damage, normal settlement, or if repairs to the piers or other parts of the foundation are needed before it gets worse. The home is on a hill, built in 1935 with subsequent additions and remodels, and there is a crawlspace under the home accessed by a small door in the side of the home facing the street (we would not need to be home to grant access, but the inspection company had to send a smaller inspector when we bought the home due to access panel size). I can provide the reports or appraisal if that helps. Thanks!
