Prepping for Work
The crew begins digging the holes that the push piers will be installed. You can see the cracks on the walls that have formed from the foundation settlement.
Push Pier Installed
The push pier is placed beneath the foundation of the home and then steel tubes are hydraulically driven into the earth to reach a stronger soil to transfer the load of the home to.
Another push pier angle
Now that the pier is installed, it is now ready to be backfilled.
The push piers are low profile, so once they are backfilled and covered, they will not be visible.
