Foundation Settlement happens when the soil beneath the home moves, and in the case of this home, the soil beneath it was taking a large portion of the foundation along for the ride (Imagine how a bone in the human body breaks and that is what is happening to any home that experiences Settlement).
88 linear feet of the existing foundation were removed and replaced. Look at the beautiful job our crew did. You never would have known that the foundation was on the brink of falling apart.
