Push Pier System For Foundation Repair in Pleasanton, CA

This customer's residence is located in Pleasanton. He came to us with concerns regarding settling issues with his foundation. 

Our Structural Consultant, Brett Cesarin, came to evaluate their situation. This customer's home had settling and cracking issues in the foundation and interior walls with downhill settlement over -1.5 inches in some areas and some lateral movement in the structure. Solving these issues included stabilizing and lifting the foundation walls by installing our push pier system vertically into the Earth until it hit bedrock, allowing the structure of the home to lift and stabilize, and to add additional steel where needed to support cracks in the foundation.
