Our Warranty Commitment
Every repair we make is backed by a transferable warranty, at no extra cost to you. When you invest in your foundation, you deserve to know that investment is protected today, and for whoever owns the home next.
What’s Covered
(Grouped by system. Specific terms vary by product and are detailed in your full Warranty & Terms document, provided with every completed project.)
Foundation & Pier Systems
Push piers, helical piers, slab piers, and wall support systems are installed to stabilize your foundation against further vertical settlement. Depending on the system installed, coverage extends up to the lifetime of the structure, and in the case of our PowerBrace® wall repair system,25 years against further inward wall movement.
Crawl Space & Basement Solutions
SmartJacks®, wall anchors, waterproofing systems, sump pumps, dehumidifiers, and our CleanSpace® vapor barrier are all installed to protect your home from moisture, settlement, and structural movement below grade. Coverage terms range from 3 to 25 years depending on the component, with liner materials covered up to 25 years against defect.
Concrete Repair & Lifting
PolyLEVEL® and related concrete lifting and crack repair systems (NexusPro®, Sealant Pro®, rebar replacement) are warranted against re-settlement of the treated area for up to 5 years, provided the required maintenance conditions (grading, sealed joints, downspout drainage) are met.
Transferable at No Cost
Selling your home doesn’t mean losing your protection. Your Foundation Repair of CA warranty transfers to the new owner at no charge, a real advantage when it’s time to sell, since buyers and their inspectors know the foundation work is backed by an active warranty.
To transfer your warranty:
- Notify our office within 60 days of the sale closing
- Provide a copy of the transfer deed and the new owner’s contact information
- We’ll update our records and the new owner is covered under the same terms
