A hole was dug for the new concrete footing for the SmartJack.

Each new SmartJack Footing requires rebar to be cast inside of it. These SmartJack footings each received three #4 bars each way. The SmartJack footing is 12 inches high.

Each SmartJack footing for this project was 18 inches x 18 inches.

Final Product
Here is the finished product. These SmartJacks were able to lift and stabilize the previously uneven floor.
