One half of this raised concrete patio was sinking away from the rest. With an injection of our PolyLevel Polyurethane, we were able to lift it back to level. We also sealed some cracks around the edges of the patio with our NexusPro Joint Sealant.

We remodeled our house in 1989 by adding a two story structure behind it. The original house was built in the late 1940s (I believe). We have an Eichler home in Palo Alto. It has significant settling (approx. 2") along the Eastern side. We have had it inspected by a structural engineer and they recommend stabilizing the foundation using underpinning. They also recommend installing drainage systems to pipe all the water away from the foundation. We have a radiant heat system imbedded in the slab. We have had to stop using the radiant heat as the cracked slab has caused the pipes to leak along the cracked areas.
