Gustavo Rubalcava

Meet Gustavo, a Foreman who leads a team of All-Stars that consistently wows us. Before joining us, he worked in a Shipping and Receiving Department, unloading 18 wheelers and documenting everything–Gustavo knows how to deliver. Since joining us, he has gone through extensive training to become an expert in the installation of our products which have helped thousands of people repair their homes and property. His favorite thing about his job is that “every house is a new lesson to be learned.”

Gustavo lives in Dos Palos, the same city that he grew up in. He is the 11th of 12 children. Gustavo has 4 children of his own, 2 boys and 2 girls. Gustavo lives by the quote: “Today’s weakness is tomorrow’s strength.” To be successful and provide for his children–to see them happy and proud is what makes him smile. He cites Robert Greene’s The 48 Laws of Power as one of his favorite books. If money wasn’t an issue, Gustavo would like to have access to any place that normally has a paywall to obtain information. He is always looking for ways to grow, and as of this moment, he has grown into an important part of our team and a great person in general.
