This customer is located in Sacramento, CA. Our homeowner noticed moisture in his crawl space which over time would cause mold. Foundation Repair of CA encapsulated his crawl space by using our CleanSpace liner, drainage matting and installed our smart sump and Sedona dehumidifier.
This customers residence is located in Vacaville, CA. He had concerns last winter with water in his crawlspace. This summer our customer decided to move forward with a vapor barrier, brown drainage matting and a sump pump which will solve his issues of any remaining water in his crawlspace.
This customers residence is located in Morgan Hill, CA, our customer came to us with concerns regarding settling issues with his foundation. Through quick research they found us and set an appointment with our appointment center.
Our strutcual consultant Lisa Lewis, quickly came to evaluate their situation. This customers home has settling and cracking issues in the perimeter foundation and interior walls with settlement over -2 inches including some lateral movement in the structure. Solving this customers issue would include, stablizing and lifting perimeter foundation walls by installing our push pier system to the bedrock and to add additional steel where needed to support cracks in the foundation to spread to wall load. As you can see in our before photo we're installing one push pier using our black pump to reach a higher PSI.
