Mr. A had his pool built 20 years ago. When our Concrete Repair Specialist, Manny, met him for the initial inspection, Mr. A had pulled out some photos of it's construction. Back then, Mr. A and his family were so excited they were finally going to have a pool of their own and now, today, looking at these photos sparks beautiful memories for them.
The reason Mr. A had called us to visit him was to take a look at some problems that he was having with the concrete surrounding the pool. Sections of the concrete were sinking, causing tripping hazards and cracks to form. Mr. A asked Manny what we could do to bring the concrete around his pool back to life.
After inspecting every inch of the pool deck, Manny educated Mr. A on our Concrete Repair products. He showed him videos of how we could repair it without replacing it. He then drew up a quote, which Mr. A accepted. Shortly thereafter, our Concrete Repair crew paid Mr. A and his family a visit, and brought the pool deck back to life within one day.
Mr. F was worried about the continued settlement/sinking of his front porch. He noticed cracks in the concrete and that a few of the wooden columns were separating from the second story.
He found us through an internet search. Our Structural Consultant, Adan Rodriguez, did an inspection of the home and determined that the best solution to both lift and stabilize the front porch was to install a few push piers.
Our crew, lead by Foreman Gabriel Leyva, quickly installed 2 push piers to lift and stabilize the front porch. They knew the project was successful because the gap between the wooden columns and the second story had disappeared. The push piers will continue to give the front porch stable ground to remain stable. Now Mr. F can rest assured that the health of his home is in great shape.
