Expert Concrete Leveling & Foundation Repair Contractor Serving Dublin, CA

Before any home remodel, whether you're remodeling the entire home or just a portion of it, the first thing you should do (besides making sure you can afford the cost of a remodel) is to check the status of your foundation. The owner of this property in Dublin, California called us to perform a free foundation inspection. Our Structural Consultant, Mike Anderson performed the inspection and determined that the foundation from the front-right corner to the back-left corner was settling. That section of the foundation was about one inch lower than the rest of the foundation, (for which the front door was used as the reference point). 

Mike determined that the most suitable solution to repair the foundation of this home was to install 17 push piers directly beneath the settling section of the foundation. We are currently in the middle of completing this project. By the time you read this, we will have repaired the foundation, and the homeowner will be much happier to know that they can move forward with remodeling their kitchen. 

On a rainy day in March, looking out the window towards his backyard, Mr. L saw that his concrete patio was angled in such a way that allowed the water to flow towards his home like a slide.
